Terms of service

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of Loadhaus, case-scanning and inventory software for meat processors and cold storage warehouses. By creating an account or using the service, your company agrees to them. If you sign an order form with us, the order form wins wherever the two differ.

Your account

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial. When it ends, the account becomes view-only until you subscribe. You can still sign in, look things up, and export everything.

Plans, payment, and hardware

Cancelling

You can cancel from the billing page in the app, or by contacting us. On a monthly plan, cancelling stops future charges at the end of the month already paid. On a yearly plan, cancelling stops the next renewal. Either way, the account stays view-only after it ends so you can export your records. We don't refund partial months.

Your data

Your records belong to your company. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only so we can run the service for you. You can export them at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

Fair use

Don't use Loadhaus to break the law, to try to get into other companies' accounts, to overload or attack the service, or to resell it without our written permission.

Your records are your responsibility

Loadhaus helps you track product, but you remain responsible for your own food safety, regulatory, and recall obligations, and for checking that the information you enter and scan is correct. Before relying on a report for a recall, audit, or legal filing, check it against your own records. Keep your own regular exports as a backup.

Availability

We work to keep Loadhaus running and to fix problems quickly, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. The app keeps scans on the phone during short connection drops and sends them when the connection returns.

Disclaimers

Except for the promises in these terms, the service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost product, or recall costs. Each side's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid. If we ever stop offering Loadhaus, we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your records.

Changes

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll notify account administrators at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
