Loadhaus / Lot traceability software
Lot traceability for meat: trace any lot in seconds.
When a supplier calls about a lot or a customer asks where a case came from, you need an answer now. Because every case is scanned in and out, Loadhaus can show what is still on hand and which orders got the rest.
What a lot trace shows
- Every case in the lot, and how many were received.
- What is still in stock, and where it is.
- What shipped, with the order or load number each case went on.
- The supplier, pack date and product.
Type a lot number, or search part of one. A recent lots list is one click away. Open a single case to see its full history from receipt to shipment, including who scanned it.
A mock recall in five steps
- Open Trace and enter the lot number from the supplier.
- See how many cases came in and how many are still on your shelves.
- Pull the on-hand cases by location and hold them.
- See each order the rest shipped on and the customer it went to.
- Print the trace report and send it to the customer, auditor or supplier.
Because customers only ever see their own product, a cold storage warehouse can trace a lot without exposing another customer's inventory.
A history you can rely on
Every scan and every change to a case is logged with who did it and when. Voids and undo are recorded, not erased. The activity screen shows it all, and the full history exports to a spreadsheet.
What it does not replace
Questions
Can I trace a lot to the customers who received it?
Yes. A lot trace shows the cases still on hand and the orders that received the rest, using the order or load number entered when each case shipped.
Can I print a trace report?
Yes. The trace report page is printable, so you can send it to a customer, auditor or supplier.
Does Loadhaus keep a history of who scanned what?
Yes. Every scan and every change is logged with the user and the time, and the history exports to a spreadsheet.
Is Loadhaus a food safety or recall compliance system?
No. It speeds up answering lot and recall questions from your scans. It does not replace a food safety plan or certification.
